Privacy & Security

Secure, Private, Compliant

Your data and your attendees’ data are protected at every layer.

Why privacy and security matter for event organizers

When you sell tickets online, you handle personal information for every attendee: names, emails, and payment details that pass through your event page.

Privacy laws like Québec’s Law 25 expect organizers to take that seriously, and attendees are more cautious than ever about where they enter card details.

TicketFusion is built with this responsibility in mind from the start, not as an afterthought.

Here is how data, payments, and access are protected — so you can sell tickets with confidence, and attendees can buy them with confidence too.

Québec privacy (Law 25)

TicketFusion includes granular cookie consent, a published privacy policy, and data practices aligned with Québec’s Law 25. Attendees choose which non-essential cookies to accept.

Secure payments with Stripe

Payments run through Stripe Connect, which is PCI-DSS compliant. TicketFusion does not store card numbers or banking details on our servers — funds move between attendees and organizers.

Encryption in transit

Connections use TLS encryption in transit, from the event page through checkout. Security practices are built for a production ticketing platform, not a minimum launch.

Accessible by design

Event pages, checkout, and the organizer dashboard are designed with WCAG accessibility in mind, including keyboard navigation, so more people can discover and buy tickets.
