Payments
Which payment methods are supported?
We support major cards and popular digital wallets through our payment partners.
Available methods can vary slightly by event or region; the checkout page always shows what you can use for that order.
Is my card data stored on your servers?
Card numbers are handled by certified payment processors using tokenization.
We never store full card details on our application servers, which reduces risk and helps us stay compliant with industry standards.
Tickets
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A QR code on your phone is usually enough for scanning at the door.
If an organizer asks for a printed copy, they will mention it on the event page or in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer a ticket to someone else?
If transfers are enabled for your event, you will see a transfer option next to the ticket in your account.
The recipient may need to create a free account to accept the ticket and receive their own QR code.
