Refund policy

1. OVERVIEW

1.1 TicketFusion is a multi-vendor event ticketing marketplace based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Platform facilitates ticket sales between Event Organizers and Buyers.

1.2 Each event listed on the Platform may have its own refund terms set by the Organizer. These terms are displayed on the Event Listing page at the time of purchase.

1.3 This document outlines the general refund framework that applies across the Platform. In the event of a conflict between an Organizer's refund policy and this document, the Organizer's stated policy shall prevail, except where this policy provides mandatory protections (such as event cancellation refunds under Section 5).
